How Tool Responses Inform Personalized Content

Our interactive tools are part of The Restoration Ecosystem™, the physician-designed framework that organizes our clinical and educational content. Read more about The Restoration Ecosystem →

When you complete a tool, your responses help our system match you with content, articles, and resources that fit your situation. For example, someone who completes a treatment comparison tool may receive resources about levels of care; someone who completes a family-focused tool may receive supporter education and family guidance. The match is based on what you told the tool — not on inferences drawn from data we did not ask you for.

You control what you share. Tools work without an email address; your responses generate your personalized results regardless of whether you choose to receive follow-up email. If you do opt in to email, you can change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

We do not use tool responses (insurance status, AUDIT-style results, family circumstances) to target advertising — anywhere, ever.

Tools work whether or not you give us an email address Two parallel paths from tool entry. The path with email continues to a follow-up matched-content step; the path without email ends at the same on-screen result. Both paths produce the same primary outcome. Two paths. Email Marketing and Personalized Content

If you choose to subscribe, we may use your email address and your stated interests to send content that is more relevant to where you are in the decision process. For example, someone who uses a treatment comparison tool may receive resources about levels of care, while someone who uses a family-focused tool may receive supporter education and family guidance.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent us from sending essential responses related to a request you initiated, such as a privacy request or support inquiry.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help operate TTC and measure performance. These may include email service providers such as ActiveCampaign, analytics providers such as Google Analytics, and affiliate networks or referral platforms used to track qualifying outbound referrals. We may also use website hosting, form handling, and security vendors to support site operations.

These third parties may process information on our behalf subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We select services that help us operate the site efficiently, but we do not control every aspect of a third party's privacy practices once you leave our website or interact directly with that provider.
